How long does delivery take?
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 days of you placing your order. Usually next working day.
You should allow between 7 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.
Can I receive an order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?
Yes. Select the Special Delivery option for late orders or you can state your requirements in the order comments box. If the special day is within a week, please only order items that are in stock.
Can I track my order?
We will email you every time the status of your order changes. When you first place an order you will receive two emails, one from our Payment Service Provider confirming your payment and one from us confirming your order.
You will then receive further emails from us to tell you when we are processing your order, and finally to tell you that your order has been posted. At any stage you are welcome to contact us and ask for an update on your order.
Who delivers my order?
We send all small orders via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. For larger orders or if you select the courier option, you will be issued with an online tracking number from the parcel delivery service.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Our payment service providers, Nochex and Paypal, ensure the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. FootballFigure.co.uk does not store any payment details.
Why do you need my name and address details?
We need these details to send your order to you! We will not give these details to anyone else.
What is the Newsletter?
In time, we hope this to be more informative about new and future products. At the moment, we send the occasional e-mail when new stock arrives or if we have updated the website. You do not have to sign up to our Newsletter, but you will not know what is new in the Football Figure world if you do not!
How do I pay for my order?
The final part of our Checkout process, after you have typed in your address, is to choose how you would like to pay for your order.
You can choose Nochex or Paypal to make a payment online using your credit or debit card. Both of these choices offer you a safe and convenient means of paying for your order.
When making a payment, please ensure you use the correct billing address as our payment providers check the postcode against the card address.
