Quantity Discount
For each order you place of over 10 products, your shopping cart will automatically deduct a discount of 5%. This increases to 10% when purchasing 20 products or more.
Customer Loyalty Discount
You will become eligible for our loyalty discount when you have ordered £100 worth of products from our store. This starts at 1% and increases up to 10% for purchases of over £1,000 and will apply to all future orders. This discount is based on all previous orders so will not apply to your first order.
Postage
Once you have placed a product in your shopping cart, you can use the Shipping Cost Calculator on the right, and in the shopping cart, to show the postage cost of your order.
We do all we can to keep the costs as low as we can for you.
Delivery
We ship worldwide.
We dispatch all orders within 3 working days, usually the next working day. You should receive your order within 5 days if you are in the UK, unless circumstances beyond our control disrupt the postal services. Next Day Special Delivery is also available.
European orders normally arrive within 7-14 days or you can opt for the DHL option that should arrive within 5 days.
International orders can take up to 28 days to arrive depending on the destination or you can opt for the DHL option that should arrive within 10 days.
Packaging
We want you to receive your items in the perfect condition in which we send them in, so we ensure your items are packaged well and in strong boxes.
