Yes you can! Please use the Google translator to view our website in your
preferred language.
Why are the prices not available?
To use the FootballFigure.co.uk online shop, you will need an account. Please
request an account via the website. Our sales staff will then contact you.
Please make sure you submit your full company info. Your login code and password
will be sent to the email address you specify.
How do I order from the store?
Login with your password. Choose the products you want and add them to the
shopping cart. When you have all you need, go to the checkout. We cannot
accept orders via E-mail.
Can I get an extra discount and why do you offer them?
If you order before the pre-order deadline, you will receive an extra
discount of 5%. Please check the store to see if a pre-order deadline applies to
a product.
How do I check your upcoming pre-order due dates?
You can easily check the upcoming pre-order due dates on the product
information page.
How do I keep track of the latest releases?
You can subscribe to our e-newsletter, which will be sent out at a regular
basis. Our newsletters tell you of all the upcoming new products.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
It’s very easy, login into your account and make sure the newsletter
subscription box is ticked.
When will my order arrive?
Our wholesale store does not currently hold any items in stock although we do
have small stocks of each product at our retail store.
Once your order is placed, we will request the stock from the manufacturer
and advise of the expected delivery time.
Do you ship to my country? Where can I see the shipping rates?
We ship to every country in the world. We are currently working on our
shipping rates so costs will be dealt with individually for each order.
What are your payment conditions?
When your order is ready for shipment, an invoice will be sent to you by
email or regular mail. Payment is required before delivery of the goods.
Please include your company name and the invoice number when you make the
payment. Shipping will occur upon receiving the payment.
